The interview process was relatively straightforward. There was a very brief phone interview followed by setting up an in-person interview. I had to drive a couple of hours for the in-person interview, which I told them ahead of time, so I was expecting to be there for at least an hour or so. Instead I ended up waiting for a good bit of time and only speaking with someone for 20-30 minutes then was given information on two different positions and when I was asked to come in again, I decided against and didn't pursue further. The same recruiter messaged me the exact same message she had previously not longer after the first interview which definitely gave the impression they just send out mass messages and mass hire.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
