Two zoom interviews with the company. Recruiters helps you with the interview process, and are on the call during the interview. Companies that the set you up allow growth within their company. So they are or permeant positions and promotion opportunities.

They contacted me over the phone and we discussed my resume. They were locked in on hours, and sitting at a help desk. There were also discussions about working holidays.,
