The weirdest interview process ever. Started off ok with the recruiter contacting me on LinkedIn and then having a phone interview. Afterwards she set up an in person one and when I came to the office, there was no front desk person to greet me. I stood there trying to find someone. Then a lady came out and asked me what I was there for and I told her an interview and she was like "who with" and i gave her the names and one of them was hers and she didn't even know she was supposed to interview me. Then she handed me off to her colleague who barely asked me any questions. I led the entire interview. Walked out of there feeling so weird. What kind of an employer doesn't know who they're interviewing or ask the potential employee any questions? Really weird
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
