I have been contacted by a half dozen "recruiters" from Insight Global, likely via CareerBuilder or LinkedIn. Typically I receive an email telling me about the "great opportunity" they're trying to fill, which I would "be a great fit for." Three of six times that I responded I didn't hear back from them. Twice I've had phone contact with recruiters who were blandly positive about placing me only to have them not follow through with promised job descriptions - but they were more than prompt about sending requests for my references and information about other companies I've interviewed with. Sorry, I'm not wasting the time of other people who I have actual relationships with so you can pitch your crummy "recruiting" services.

Entretien
The recruitment process was disorganized and lacked professionalism.
The tone during interactions felt dismissive and condescending, with little regard for the candidate’s experience or time. The approach came across as arrogant rather than respectful.
After the interviews, there was no proper follow-up or closure, only silence.
A professional hiring process requires structure, respect, and accountability. That standard was not met here.
I would not recommend engaging with this company’s hiring process.
The interview was simple. A couple of meetings with your recruiter, then a simple technical test building an application or solving a puzzle, then whatever the company selected wants you to do.

Entretien
It was a 2 rounds of interview depending on the client and both were technical. They mainly focus on strong technical and problem solving skills. Interviewer was very friendly during this process.
