I recently went through the interview process with Insight Global, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the initial scheduling and interview itself went smoothly, the company never provided any feedback or updates on the results. I was left waiting with no clarity on whether I was moving forward or if there was anything I needed to improve.
Clear communication and transparency are essential in any hiring process, and I expected at least a courtesy update. If you're considering applying, be prepared for possible silence after the interview.
Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location

first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.

The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
