Entretien
After my resume and application submission, I was contacted via phone for an initial screening interview. The conversation was easy and the individual very friendly and open. I was contacted for a second in-person interview at the local office. The interview was fantastic. We went through the company provided interview requirements, however, it ended up being more of a conversation based on my experiences and morals. Essentially the manager wanted to know if my personality would fit well with his and his staffs.
I was told I would be required to sell an item, during the phone interview, (ie. a pen), however when I had my one-on-one interview I was not asked. It was by far one of the best and most comfortable interviews I have ever had.

Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location

The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
