J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight en sept. 2017
Entretien
Started as a clear cut process via recruiter but ended up dragging out 2 months. 7 interviews in total - recruiter, hiring AM, in person & 3-4 team interviews. Ultimately they hired an internal candidate and it would have been nice to be cut loose before they selected that person versus investing so much time and energy in interviews that weren't going to result in a hire. Internal candidates always trump external.
Quick, good conversation. Was a two way conversation to see if we were both good fits together. Transparent as well with what they are trying to achieve and looking for

Spoke with 2 recruiters, hiring manager and his boss. The recruiter wastes your time then ghosts you. This was a very unprofessional process to say the least. Have the respect to get back to the candidates.

Met with 2 managers in the same call. They asked me about how I handle different situations like technology, rejection, etc. Seemed straightforward. They made it clear the training will last 6 months before I really start to sell to customers.
