The interview process was informal. We simply discussed my previous employment and qualifications. No tricky questions. The hiring manager was thorough but the interview was relaxed and comfortable. I was referred by an associate of Insight, so the hiring manager already had an idea of background, work ethic and personality. I knew immediately that I would be a good fit for the organization.
