My experience was similar to others on here. At first, communication was good, but then got worse and worse. Several rounds with different managers who gave different information on timing and conflicting information on the number of positions open. A couple different recruiters were involved. The main one was friendly enough, but was very hard to get a response from. A week after being asked for my availability for another round of interviews in 2 weeks, I received a boilerplate rejection letter. Really unorganized and confusing.

The process was clear, and everyone was respectful and transparent. The interview questions were straightforward—if you know your job, you'll be able to answer them confidently. The process moved quickly, the recruiter followed up promptly, and the team was very responsive throughout.

Entretien
Recruiting on the phone. Initial vetting of skills on the phone. Face-to-face with Director and Regional management. The phone interviews were about 30 minutes initially, 45 minutes for the vetting of skills. Face-to-Face interview was exactly an hour.
