Extremely long process. Very little feedback from HR, and each interview a moving target. While the company has an awesome product, it needs to biuld up its recruiting and management skills.

Thorough process and done in a professional manner which goes on to show the company culture and how they pick the right candidates for the job. There are many rounds, depending on the position you apply for but they are all necessary to pick the right candidate.
