Applied online and scheduled a call with HR. It was an average screening call asking all the usual questions. I was told I would hear feedback by the end of the week, which meant 24-48 hours.
I never had a response, and HR ignored multiple follow up emails. Completely ghosted.
Stage 1: Initial Management Screen. A 30–45 minute introductory call with senior leadership to discuss background and role alignment.
Stage 2: Practical Assessment. A roleplay and case study session involving both sales and technical scenarios. Conducted by a panel of functional stakeholders.
Stage 3: Executive Interview. A deeper dive into strategy and culture-fit with a member of the C-suite.
Stage 4: Final Touchpoint. An optional in-person meeting to meet the team (dependent on location/requirement).
Stage 5: Offer.

There are 5 stages of interview, first is HR interview, second is user intervie, third is study case then roleplay, fourth is 2nd user interview, last is cofounder interview.
