Did an initial phone interview and a second round in-person interview. They kept the optimism high as they dragged me along for a few weeks as they were interview other candidates and employees were out of the office. They ended up never getting back to me, forcing me to reach out multiple times for an update. In the end, they decided to go with another candidate, but left the door open with talks of another similar position opening up, again saying they would get back to me within the week. Guess what? Never did.
