As a first step inova will shortlist our CV and if we selected they will call us for an interview. There are three members in the interview and they will ask about the oop related question and database related question. They will check your CV and ask some question regarding the skills you have.

Entretien
The interview lasted around 40 minutes and was conducted by both HR and technical panels together. The atmosphere was friendly and conversational. I was asked a few basic technical questions to assess my foundational knowledge, along with some general HR questions. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
