Inconsistent. I was ghosted after my interviews. The manager reached out to me several weeks later to finally let me know that I was not selected for the job but only after asking me for my advice on a current work related issue she was facing? I was contacted yet again weeks later and told the person they initially hired ended up leaving, and I was asked if I was interested in being considered. I agreed but was ghosted again. I got an email a few weeks later from the applicant tracking system saying the role was filled. However, it was recently posted on LinkedIn and very much appears to still be open. Wow, get it together.
