A phone screen followed by an interview, portfolio request, sample project, and then a series of several additional Zoom interviews, some of them with as many as 4 interviewers at a time, and eventually an in-person interview/office visit.

A zoom call, very shady process of texting instead of email. It was clearly a way to weed out people who were there for the wrong reasons. Ultimately it was evident this wasn’t a serious business
