I was interviewed initially over the telephone, with a second interview face-to-face very soon thereafter. The interview was conducted professionally and cordially by the director and business manager in the local office. The interviewers were friendly and the atmosphere was professional, but relaxed. All of my concerns were addressed satisfactorily. I was informally offered the position at the conclusion of the interview.
