Interview itself was okay, no complaints. The interview was just over two hours, including a full plant tour, some one-on-one time with multiple department heads, and finally some time with the HR manager. I thought things went well, they described benefits in detail, what I would be doing, even asked how early I could start working. My issue was that after all this I was completely ghosted. I sent a follow-up email the next morning to multiple individuals whose information I had obtained. No response. I sent an additional email a couple of week later and still nothing. I called a couple of times as well but no luck. Really was a shame, seemed like good people. Of course I would have liked to see an offer, but at least a response would have been nice. Completely ignoring a prospective employee who tried multiple times to reach out shows a pretty significant lack of respect.

The interview was an unscheduled call. After mentioning that I was driving in the rain and couldn't hear the interviewer and also had my kids in the car, they still wanted to continue the interview right then.
