They are basically serious that you're motivated about a career. A lot of questions about growth with previous employer. I left with the impression that if I personally work hard they will take a chance on me.

Entretien
When you are selected there will be a three step interview process.
First you will speak with a manager on the phone for about 15 mins and if you are invited back, you will meet with a leaders for your second interview.
The second interview will be with a leader on zoom for about 20 mins and if you get a call back you will a have interview with the CEO.
The final interview is in person at the main office in Southfield MI.
