Entretien
The interview was conducted by Skype as I was not in the country of the workplace. I answered general questions about what I knew from IPA and Randomized Control Trials. Then I was sent a STATA test and a case study to design a RCT.

Entretien
Interviewer was really nice and I enjoyed my interview. Skills assessment included reading a very long research paper and condensing it into a few bullet points. They ended up going with someone else with "more experience" which was unfortunate because it was an internship opportunity and not a full-time position. Either way I will be applying to any intern positions that open in the future.
