We have developed a CURATED SELECTION PROCESS. It consists of 3-5 steps of evaluation depending upon the role you will play at Innovaccer. All our interviewers are handpicked by the respective Leadership team and are trained on soft skills like, how to open a session, ice breaking, Do’s and Dont’s of interviewing and how to end a discussion. Post such trainings panels are nominated to conduct interviews and help us hire the best talent for Innovaccer.
We take candidate experience very seriously. Our recruiters and interviewers are regularly coached on respectful interviewing.
