I was referred by an internal employee. The interview lasted for 30-mins. I am not sure the person interviewing me was on-board with my profile. His questions were very preconceived and opinionated. I would hope that someone at that level would have an open mind and interview to see how best a potential candidate would fit into their bill rather than expecting boiler plate responses. There was no two way interaction, sharing of thoughts, brainstorming. It was more of a “I will ask”, “you answer” and “I will not like your answer”. I had heard several good things about this company from my ex colleagues and friends, but this was a huge disappointment. Nonetheless I wish them the best
