I was contacted by Innomar Human Resources Department twice for three different positions in the past three months.
First contact was by email & then by phone for two positions at the same time; never heard back from them DESPITE stating they will be getting back "next week". I called Human Resources Department & spoke to the person who phone screened me & said will contact me soon. They never did.
Second contact was recent, via email to get ready for a phone screening within 24 hours! despite providing detailed email of my availability, Human Resources Specialist never emailed back to confirm and never called later on. I left them another email, and yet never heard back.
On another note, managers at Innomar were flagging my name at Human Resources Department.

Easy, PSP related, behavioral questions that can be found with a 30 second google search. It is very important to use a STAR (situation, Task, action, result) method when answering their questions. They are known for hiring semi-qualified candidates. Turnover seems to be relatively high.
