First round with a person with HR and Team lead which was pretty straight forward. Second round was a little bit different with tech lead and a developer which seemed had no idea why he was there, and supposed to be technical with question such as what is .Net and some totally random questions. After sending my code I've received another assignment which I delivered and still wasn't enough for them with no reason since I just received an email we still can't decide. In general the Tech lead communication was extremely poor and it was very hard to ask questions and such.
