There were 5 rounds of interview conducted. 1) HR screening. 2) Telephonic Technical. 3) Telephonic Techno Managerial. 4) Home Assignment. 5) Telephonic Director Round. It went for 2-3 weeks. I clearly mentioned my expectation in the beginning to HR and to the Director. I cleared all the rounds and sent my documents for offer letter but then after HR told me that they can't afford to fulfill my expectation and offered me way below then my expectations and even expected me to move to another city for a little hike. I wasted my entire time on those interview process. One advice I would like to suggest to HR that if you can't afford the candidates expectation then don't waste their time for such a long interview process.
