I was offered with a Job offer from Innowave India which I accepted on Feb 2020. After 3 weeks, they revoked the offer saying their business was down. I was on notice with my current employer and I had to revoke my resignation which my current employer accepted (Some MNC's do not allow revocation of resignation). They were not willing to compensate for my loss & their HR team was unprofessional.
