I have found the process a little bit drawn out, however working in Finance it can be understood (working around month end deadlines, if you know, you know) especially when it is combined with the start of the Summer holidays. The process otherwise was actually quiet refreshing. Interview with HR (30-45mins ish) and with hiring manager (45-60 mins ish - it has been a while, sorry). Both taking place on the same day one after another. The interviewers were open to answer all questions and by the sound of it, the company would have been a great place to gain experience in the field of manufacturing (interesting products, experienced staff, good company culture and international environment even though being located in a smaller town close to Innsbruck). Next step was interview with another manager and finally an excel test.
