I was invited by a recruiter at Innerworks-Ortigas last September 2016. The whole hiring process took only 3 days. Interview process started with a call from the recruiter. I was asked several technical questions and subsequently invited for an onsite interview where I was given a written technical exam. The face to face interview process was challenging since you need to undergo 3 interviews (in which you need to pass them all) before you reach the final interview stage. I can say that this is a challenging interview experience, but one that is well worth it
