Interview took approx. 2 weeks to arrange and was a good experience, meeting key personnel and conducting a tour (standard). A moderate to difficult interview. No information provided from HR on the role (basic information advertised). However the process before and after this was completely unstructured with a non-existent HR function to be honest. Mixed messages, little to no feedback and confusion over what the company actually wanted raised many red flags. I've never been dealt with more unprofessionally than with this company, which is unfortunate. I hope the company has since improved their process and treated applicants with the respect that they deserve.
