I had an overall positive experience with the company's interview process. It started with a meaningful discussion about my experience and role, followed by a hands-on assignment relevant to their product. This allowed me to showcase my skills in a practical context. However, after the call with a talent acquisition specialist about my salary and working time expectations I learned that the position is relatively underpaid and may require alignment with the San Francisco time zone. I chose not to proceed. The overall experience was positive, but these factors were a concern for me.

They asked for a take-home assignment about their current products. During the interview, the interviewers didn't even know the prompt or requirement of the assignment. After I sent the design presentation slides, they just ghosted.
