The interview process done in two key stages. The first stage was a brief 15 minute "screening" where they introduced the company and asked a few questions (no behavioural questions). The second stage was a 60+ minute interview where one of the team leads took me out for Starbucks and shared his personal story of why he joined the company. He also went over things like compensation, the initial 10-day training, and the daily schedule.

It was very difficult for an entry-level position as they asked too much from us and it was not expected to know this much as a first time employee. I would recommend working elsewhere
