Was interviewed twice. Asked questions about career goals and interpersonal communication. Genuinely want to get to know you as a person. It was fairly easy interview. The tour is definitely an important part I think. Walking around and getting moments to engage with members.

Interviewees are given a tour of facilities and job responsibilities will be described throughout the tour. Then there is an one-on-one interview with the shift supervisor who will ask basic questions about why you may want to work there. Then they review your resume. They then thank you and review it with the manager before giving a call to let you know whether you got the job or not.
