Good interview process on the Allegro scheme, nice that they invite you to meet in person for the assessment day and you can meet other people. Also had to do an online recorded interview and test

The process was long but flowed smoothly, with consistent support throughout. It felt organised, engaging, and considerate overall one of the best, most positive interview experiences I’ve had so far overall.

Entretien
3 stage interview, only did stage 1 and 2. Stage 1 was a phone call, general information about me, past experiences and why Inizio. Stage 2 was an online Teams meeting (1h long) a more in-depth interview, asking questions about Inizio and what I know about their projects and mission.
