Checked my technical skills and then did a strange psychological profile thing, but explained the answers to me and what it told them...seemed reasonable. Also had a panel with the end-client/boss I'd be working with. Gave me the chance to ask questions.

Explain a difficult problem I faced and how I fixed it.
The "psychological profile" is really just some unique questions that give us good insight into how you will fit into both the project work and the project team. If you fit, you'll be happy. if you are happy, you'll do great work. That is the point, really, to make sure you'll be happy at IGS.
