This company has a satisfactory interview and hiring process, although expectations are not clearly stated before or during the interview process. Upper management is sadly misrun by a person who clearly does not understand what it means to be a good leader. The company policies change too frequently for any employee to be able to meet expectations which always seem to be changing.
