They came to college campus for hiring and the process was completed on the same day after two rounds of interviews for selected resumes. The second round was just a formality for the students selected from first round.

Questions on my internship work, skills I learnt there, one thing I would have done differently there. Basic questions on Strengths and weakness, hobbies, etc. They asked what relevant skills I have and how I acquired them. I was asked about the process flow in BA and how could fit in that scenario.
Most of the people were selected for the second round. The second round was a very short one and there were discussions on salary and location.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
