HR Interview not technical more about how your will react to situation and communication skills. Maximum focus was on communication skills and English language skills
Thats it, it lasted not more than 45 mins. there will be a apptitude test before that which was an elimination round.
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
It's good and interviewer was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable to get the best answers out of me and also questions were to test your practical knowledge rather than just theoritical knowledge
