I approached my friend working at the company for employee referral. The job role was similar to my current role in another company. He applied online for me under the referral section of the company's website. I got a call from the company HR confirming the interview time and venue with me. The first round was technical round with questions related to the software technology that I had worked on. It was about 20 mins long. The second round was behavioral round with the HR. She explained the compensation benefits to me.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
