The hiring requires 2 phases, first, the online test and it consists of Quantitative ability, Logical Reasoning skills and English and Verbal ability.
Those who cleared the online test were called for interview. The interview may be purely technical or purely HR or a mix of both. My interview was purely technical where I was asked to code and was asked about latest technological trends. The question about latest technological trends was a question common to all whether it was technical or HR interview.

2 rounds of interview for Infosys first is coding round and then managerial round mostly and sometimes test is also there. Interview is not tough though but referral is important

Entretien
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
