Very detailed interview process , must be good, must be cream of the crop, you must be superior at what you do.....,.. Be prepared and exceptional.................... Very technical questions...... Need to be very proficient and know latest releases

The initial communications were slow. The recruiter was told that someone would be calling on a certain day but no time was given so I could block out time. Each time (5 Phone interviews) I received a call out of the blue with no regard to what else I might have had planned for that day. The first two interviews were with the two “managers” of the group. This was followed by a phone interview with their boss. Some two weeks later I did a phone interview with two members of different business units to see if I was a cultural fit. I was also called in for a face to face interview with one of the “managers” so they could dive further into my background and better answer any questions that I might have. I then waited another 10 days before I received an offer. The total time was about 45 days. I was told I was fast tracked as the normal process took about 2-3 times longer.
