process was smooth. You have to be confident and keep a smile on your face while answering. There are 2 rounds. Both are communication rounds. Then after clearing these two rounds you have to fill your details and submit your document.

The interview seemed to progress without any significant issues. As far as I could tell, everything went well. The interviewers began by requesting a self-description, asking me to elaborate on my background and personality. Following this, they inquired about my qualifications, seeking a more detailed understanding of my skills and experience in relation to the role. A key part of the conversation revolved around my motivation for seeking employment specifically in the Business Process Outsourcing sector, prompting me to explain my interest in BPO. They also broached the topic of compensation, asking directly whether I was comfortable with the salary range that had been outlined for the position. Finally, they raised the issue of geographical flexibility, specifically inquiring about my willingness to relocate if the job required it.
