I entered through campus interview. First was the aptitude test, which was harder than other companies. Then there was the technical/ HR interview which went quite nicely. The interviewer was very friendly.
Asked about Data structures concepts like lists, Arrays, Stac, Que, trees, graphs, hash tables, loops concepts like if, if else, else if ladder, switch, while, function, recursion and asked me to write the code to find the sum of the digits of an array.

For a college passout, it is easy. Basic programming knowledge and your problem solving skill you'll be good to go. Just clear your basic knowledge and your are good to go
