I have been hired through college campus, and the selection process was based on aptitude and HR interview. The aptitude round was easy and the HR round was non technical so it was easy for me to get selected

What is the moral that you have learned from your school?
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
It's good and interviewer was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable to get the best answers out of me and also questions were to test your practical knowledge rather than just theoritical knowledge
