Después de varias llamadas con gente de la India, gerentes y exámenes. Me envían una oferta económica algo bajo para el puesto. Solicitan muchas referencias y después de un mes de entrevistas y exámenes, me solicitan hacer mas entrevistas. Rechace la oferta ya que el proceso todavía iba a demorar mas.
Tip: Un dato interesante es que me mencionaron el cliente con el que iba a trabajar, creo que es mejor ir directamente con el cliente ya que ellos iban a ser los evaluadores de todas maneras.

Once our profile is short listed they scheduled an technical interview in which they asked basic questions in ios. I was rusty and didn’t perform well in the interview and got rejected in the interview.

The overall interview experience was average at best. The interviewer’s attitude felt disinterested and unfriendly throughout the conversation. It seemed like they were in a rush to complete the interview rather than genuinely engaging with my responses. There were moments where it felt clear that the interviewer was not actively listening or showing interest in the answers I provided. This left a negative impression, as a more interactive and respectful dialogue would have created a better experience.
