Employee referral .. Interview was two phased .First a Technical interview and then it was followed by a HR discussion.
Technical interview was okay and the HR interview was a formality.Typical questions as such Okay with any domain or any location. He was already in the mood of picking me and he matched 97.5% of expected package. As the base location was very near by to my native,I had not negotiated much.

Entretien
Interview experience was very good, interviewer are generally calm and very supportive.
This is same with both Technical and Managerial round. Further onboarding process was also very smooth.
After joining my team members were also very supportive.
I had 2 rounds of interview and the asked mostly technical questions in round 1. Round 1 can be cleared with good preparation with some practice to write code. Round 2 was more about behavioural.

Overall a smooth interview process, I had applied on the company portal and got a call within a week. The complete process took around 2.5-3 weeks, first round of interview (tech), second round (tech+managerial), third round (HR)
