Focuses on good technical and communication skills. The hiring process depends upon the job role. Be well prepared for the interview as it may be smooth as butter at the same time it could be worse.

aptiude scores are evaluates based on sectional cut off and technical interview which is very basic and easy.aptitude is difficult. then there is upgradation of role
It was easy and interview went smooth with basic questions and interactive also they just ask one simple aptitude question in interview. And I was shortlisted also it is on campus placement so they just asked the basic questions and most of members shortlisted for the interview are selected for the company
