Process included, CV shortlisting and Direct Interviews. It was campus hiring for PGDM students. I had applied for Associate Consultant for Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and Logistics (CRL) profile. There were 2 rounds of interviews, one was a technical round which was conducted on Skype Video Conference, in which I was grilled for around 30 minutes. Many questions were technical, profile based, situational. Round 2 was HR round and it was just a discussion.

It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.
