I attended the interview at Infosys on 19th August 2017 for MS BI technology. I cleared 2 rounds and reached HR round where I was told that my current salary is high and they will not be able to match it in order to release an offer.
Prior to the interview confirmation, I was asked for my current and expected CTC, details of which were provided by me to the company.
The candidates should not be invited for personal interviews if the company is not going to match their current/expected CTC.
The hiring process was unprofessional since it wasted the time and energy of both the company and the candidate.
Requesting the HR management to take the necessary steps for candidate filtration so that such instances are not repeated going forward.

2 rounds were there 1st round online and basic dsa , core java was asked and 2nd round face 2 face and it was managerial round so basics stuff they asked
Infosys interview process usually includes an online aptitude and coding test, followed by a technical interview covering programming, projects, and computer science basics. I applied through infosys career page. Only one Technical round. Questions includes basics and modern c++ includes oops, memory management and concurrency.
Applied to chennai but Got offer for bangalore so i rejected it.
