As a fresher first of all you are suppose to have strong and consistent academic background.then they will take a written test consist of maths English and reasoning. If you are through you'll be called for 1:1 interview which will be mostly HR interview. They emphasize less on technical skill as they are pretty confident about their training

It was about analytical skill on a particular scenario of saving water.
Basics aptitude and basic oops programing first round is aptitude round and second round will be technical and Hr round for freshers. It was very good experience and easy to crack
Only the hr questions asked and based on the projects. They only check your communication. Nothing to add just the confidence. Hr and the interviewer was a old man ok
there are two rounds 1) aptitude test 2)face to face interview
aptiude scores are evaluates based on sectional cut off and technical interview which is very basic and easy.aptitude is difficult. then there is upgradation of role
