pecifically refer to their step by step guide. It is very helpful post. U can read selelcted sections if u are preparing for selected topics. Believe me it is a great resource.
O top of that you can do additional research on internet for specific topics and also look for youtube videos as visual cues are very important to remember concepts

All about basic questions and priority base ticket resolution
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
