Interested students register for the drive after fulfilling academic and backlog requirements. 2. Online Assessment Test This is the first elimination round. It evaluates: Quantitative Aptitude Logical & Analytical Reasoning Verbal Ability Basic Programming / Pseudocode (for technical roles) Candidates must clear sectional and overall cut-offs. 3. Technical Interview Shortlisted students attend a technical interview where they are tested on: Core subjects such as OOP, DBMS, OS, CN, and DSA Programming concepts (Java / C / C++ / Python) Final-year project, internships, and problem-solving skills This round checks technical depth and clarity of concepts. 4. HR Interview The HR round focuses on: Communication and interpersonal skills Attitude, confidence, and cultural fit Career goals and willingness to adapt Common questions include “Tell me about yourself” and “Why Infosys?” 5. Final Selection & Offer Candidates who clear all rounds receive an offer letter, followed by document verification and onboarding formalities.
